Dear The Wandering Christain

I was debating an anonymous user on transgenderism and transgendering known as "The Wandering Christian" on my site website when he suddenly switched from "wandering Christian" into "silent Christian". The act of suddenly going from argumentative and rebellious to silent has was like to be like turning from dark into light.

We're told by our wandering friend that God created us in our bodies just as they are now and god made us very special creations because He liked them just the way they were. And because of this, transgendering is perverted (even though nothing about all of this is in The Bible) So I'm wondering if fixing a cleft palate or kidney swap is for perversion too? 

What do you all think of this subject.
